1/4 cup chile-lime seasoning (such as Tajín)
1/2 cup tomato juice or Clamato
2 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
ice, for serving
24 oz Mexican beer
Directions
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of two glasses. Dip the rims in chile-lime seasoning. In a measuring cup, mix the tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and soy sauce until well-combined. Fill each glass with ice. Pour half of the tomato juice mixture into each glass. Top with beer, and stir gently. Garnish each drink with a lime wedge before serving.
