Grilled BBQ Hot Dogs

Ingredients
1 pkg Brookshire’s Bakery Hot Dog Buns
3 Tbs unsalted butter, melted
8 hot dogs or bratwursts
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
condiments and toppings, for serving
Directions
- Cut down the middle of each bun, and brush with butter. Heat grill to medium. Spray grill with nonstick spray. Place buns on the grill. Grill for about 2 minutes or until grill marks begin to appear. Set aside.
- Cut parallel slits in the top of each hot dog. Place hot dogs on grill. Brush with barbecue sauce. Cook for 3 minutes per side until heated through and outside begins to caramelize. Continue to baste with sauce as hot dogs cook.
- Serve on grilled buns with choice of condiments and toppings.
