Ingredients
1 pkg Brookshire’s Bakery Hot Dog Buns
3 Tbs unsalted butter, melted
8 hot dogs or bratwursts
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
condiments and toppings, for serving
Directions
  1. Cut down the middle of each bun, and brush with butter. Heat grill to medium. Spray grill with nonstick spray. Place buns on the grill. Grill for about 2 minutes or until grill marks begin to appear. Set aside.
  2. Cut parallel slits in the top of each hot dog. Place hot dogs on grill. Brush with barbecue sauce. Cook for 3 minutes per side until heated through and outside begins to caramelize. Continue to baste with sauce as hot dogs cook.
  3. Serve on grilled buns with choice of condiments and toppings.
