Honey-Mustard Chicken Wings

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbs butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 – 2 tsp Sriracha
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Add wings, oil and salt and toss to combine. Spread wings out on the baking sheet in a single layer making sure they don’t touch. Cook for 25 minutes, turning halfway through. In a saucepan add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove wings from the baking sheet and place in a large bowl. Pour in sauce and toss to thoroughly coat the wings. Line the baking sheet with a clean piece of foil and spray with nonstick spray. Spread wings in a single layer onto the baking sheet. Cook for an additional 15 minutes until sauce caramelizes and wings begin to char.
