


Super Seed Granola Bars
This Super Seed Granola bar recipe makes for a simple and delicious breakfast on the go or an energy-boosting midday snack and is also great for Paleo or Keto based diets!

Super Seed Granola Bars

Ingredients
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup whole raw cashews or almonds
2 Tbs unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup Super Seed Mix (See Recipe Super Seed Mix)
2 Tbs semisweet mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbs coconut oil or grapeseed oil
3 Tbs Nature Nate’s® 100% Pure Raw & Unfiltered Honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Add the oats, nuts and coconut to a food processor.
- Pulse several times to process into a fine crumble.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Stir until the liquid is incorporated and the mixture holds together when pressed.
- Line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper, leaving excess hanging over the sides.
- Pour the mixture into the pan.
- Use a spatula to firmly press into an even layer.
- Place in the oven. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Let cool completely in the pan.
- Use the parchment paper to lift the granola out of the pan.
- Cut into 8 bars. Wrap individually, and place in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
