If you contact us by phone, email, or any other means, we will also have any personal data you send us in your communication. When you sign up for our Loyalty Card, use your Loyalty Card at Brookshire’s or Reasor’s in stores or online, or contact Brookshire Grocery Company in other ways, you permit us to collect personal data about you and your interests.
- Information We Get Passively. Brookshire’s, and vendors we work with, collect data from you when you use our website, mobile app, or online services or when you use your Loyalty Card. For example, when you use our website or mobile app, Brookshire’s may collect technical data about your computer or mobile device, such as your IP address, mobile device identifier, browser type, operating system, pages you viewed, referral pages, and what you clicked on or searched for. We also collect information about how you interact with our communications, such as whether an email we sent you was opened or a coupon used. Some of the data we collect passively is personal data.
Personal data does not include deidentified, including aggregated, data. Identifying information has been removed from this type of data so that it cannot be linked to any specific person. Brookshire’s may share deidentified data with other companies to help them understand our customers and their interests as a group. When we share deidentified data, we require the company receiving the data to use it in deidentified form without attempting to reidentify the data.

Our Use of Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, web beacons/pixel tags, SDKs, and other tracking technologies to collect some types of data on our website and through our mobile app. These tracking technologies help us better understand our customers, improve or personalize the experience of our online visitors, and also help us with the security and functionality of our website and mobile app. Other tracking technologies help us understand the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and to target advertisements to people most likely to be interested in those ads. We use data that we collect through tracking technologies to understand your preferences and may combine this data with your personal data, including your purchasing history, to provide customized promotions and marketing offers. We do not use these “profiles” of your personal preferences in ways that would result in legal or similarly significant effects on you or in ways that would result in Brookshire’s processing sensitive data about you.
You can choose not to allow our tracking technologies, but blocking some of them may prevent you from using our online services. The rights and choices available to you may differ based on your state of residence, but all Brookshire’s customers should be able to use at least one of the following options to restrict our use of tracking technologies.
Opting Out of Cookies Using Self-Regulatory Programs
Self-regulatory programs, such as the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative, are available to help you make choices about the use of tracking technologies on your devices. These programs help to regulate vendors in the digital advertising space. You can visit the Digital Advertising Alliance Ad Choices website for additional information. The Network Advertising Initiative assists with opt outs through their Opt Out of Interest-Based Advertising webpage.
Managing Your Browser Settings

Please review your browser’s instructions or visit www.allaboutcookies.org for general information regarding common browser settings. Note that you can also opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across any websites you use through the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On. Browser-based signals need to be activated through the appropriate settings for each browser you use to access our online services or they will not be uniformly effective.
